Dirigo Deeptech provides professional underwater ROV inspections, video documentation, object location, and recovery support throughout Maine.

Using a commercial-grade Deep Trekker ROV, we can quickly inspect underwater structures and equipment while providing high-quality video and photographs of conditions below the surface

Underwater ROV Inspection

$200/hour — 2-hour minimum

Ideal for:

  • Piers, docks, pilings, and waterfront structures

  • Boat hulls, propellers, and underwater components

  • Moorings and marine equipment

  • Underwater utilities and infrastructure

  • Aquaculture equipment

  • Dams, intakes, and submerged structures

  • General underwater investigations

Services include 4K video footage and still photographs. A laser scaler can also be used to provide size reference for underwater objects, damage, or structural features.

When operating from a dock, shore, or customer-provided vessel, live viewing on an external monitor can be available at no additional charge.

Boat-Based ROV Inspection

$250/hour — 2-hour minimum

When a project requires access from the water, Dirigo Deeptech can provide ROV deployment from our own vessel when conditions and the project allow.

Boat-based inspections are useful for offshore structures, deeper-water locations, search areas, marine infrastructure, and sites that cannot easily be accessed from shore.

Underwater Search & Recovery

Pricing varies depending on the object, depth, location, access, environmental conditions, and recovery requirements.

The ROV can be used to locate lost equipment and objects, identify potential attachment points, and assist with recovery operations using appropriate lifting and rigging equipment.

This can include equipment lost from docks or vessels, tools, anchors, marine equipment, and other submerged objects.

Snowmobile & UTV Recovery

Dirigo Deeptech also provides underwater ROV support for snowmobile and UTV recovery in Maine, including locating submerged machines, visually assessing their position, and assisting with the placement of recovery equipment when conditions allow.
